On Friday, June 15th, our Food Forager – Jan Dane demonstrated how to prepare a delicious strawberry ice cream with ingredients that were carefully picked by her. Our guests had the chance to join us at Dune Cottage for a short lesson of how to make ice cream the old fashioned way by using products freshly sourced at the Farmers’ Market.
