Last night, June 20th, our guests had the pleasure to join Chef Christine for a cooking demonstration at Seasons. Our Chefs took us to a culinary journey into the past – back to 1960. Our guests enjoyed a three course dinner paired with wines, and they had the chance to see how exactly these traditional recipes can be incorporated into our daily life. During the demonstration Chef Christine shared some valuable information and gave us useful advises on how to prepare some of the meals.
