Chef Dave Johnson, from Providence’s Local 121, took over Seasons’ kitchen in order to prepare hors d’oeuvres and wine-paired, three-course dinner on Septermber 5th. Our guests were able to enjoy incredible meals prepared with only local ingredients – grown no further than 7 miles away!
