Chefs Chad Hoffer and Tyler Burnley, from Thames Street Kitchen in Newport, amazed us and our guests with a three course dinner, highlighting meat from Simmons Farm with a selection of hors d’oeuvres, paired with Duckhorn Vineyards wines. We enjoyed our last Farm + Vine Dinner for the summer with a menu consisting of: turnip soup, striped bass ceviche, smoked mussels, merguez meatball, Simmons Farm salad and strawberry sundae. It was an amazing evening and an incredible night to remember until our Farm + Vine Dinners begin again in September.
