On Friday, June 22th, our guests had the chance to join us for a class on how to make ice cream the old fashioned way. Our Food Forager Jan Dane explained what products should be used for the making of the ice cream and why some are more appropriate than others. The demonstration ended up with a sampling of the delicious ice cream, which everyone seemed to enjoy.
