On Tuesday, June 12th, a Cooking Demonstration took place at Seasons Restaurant. Chef John showcased his culinary skills by preparing a deliciously looking, and even better, tasting risotto. It reflected the seasonal flavors of New England with the help of fresh fish from the waters of Rhode Island.
