On Thursday, July 5th, our Sommelier Jonathan Feiler showed us how to drink and appreciate the wine for what it is. He presented us with three wines – Champagne (sparkling wine), Brut (a dry sparkling wine) and Moscato D’Asti (sparkling wine); and explained how each one of them is made and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each one of them.
