REWARDS PROGRAM Our "Rewards Program" is designed to acknowledge individuals who choose to stay with us for extended periods and multiple reservations. |

| How does the Rewards Program work? | ||||||||||
| An individual who purchases a reservation will receive a $100 Gift Certificate towards their next stay for every $1,000 or increments of $1,000 paid for the Original Reservation. | ||||||||||
| Examples: | ||||||||||
| If you book a reservation for $1,500 you get a $100 Gift Certificate. | ||||||||||
| If you book a reservation for $2,100 you get a $200 Gift Certificate. | ||||||||||
| If you book a reservation for $2,900 you get a $200 Gift Certificate. | ||||||||||
| Are there any restrictions? | ||||||||||
| Yes. | ||||||||||
| 1. The Gift Certificate is non-transferable to another individual and must be used by the same individual for the same Residence anytime within a 12 month period from the date of the original booking. Residences are subject to availability and Management reserves the right to relocate the renter to another Residence at Management's sole option. | ||||||||||
| 2. The Gift Certificate can only be used for Rental Accommodations and not for other Services such as Breakfast, Shop & Stock, Gift Shop, and / or additional Parking. | ||||||||||
| 3. The Gift Certificate may not be used for or applied to Discounted Rates. (See "Special Packages") The Gift Certificate must be applied to the "Full Rate" as posted on our website. | ||||||||||
| 4. All Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of the Original Reservation check-out. | ||||||||||
| 5. In the event of a dispute, the Management's records will be deemed to be accurate and final. | ||||||||||
| When do I get the Rewards Gift Certificate? | ||||||||||
| When you check out, our Front Desk staff member will give you your Rewards Gift Certificate and a "Thank You". | ||||||||||
| Can I get more than one Rewards Gift Certificate? | ||||||||||
| Yes. Whenever you book a new reservation, that becomes the new Original Reservation. | ||||||||||
| What happens if I lose my Rewards Gift Certificate? | ||||||||||
| It is best to have you Rewards Gift Certificate when you check in to our Reception Desk as there can not be a dispute if it has not expired. However, every Certificate is numbered and recorded with our Accounting Department. We will have a record to determined if it is valid, or expired. When you make your next reservation and you believe you have a valid Rewards Gift Certificate, please mention it to the Reservation Staff member. | ||||||||||
