Watch Hill Beaches

		Nappatree Point, Watch Hill RI - extends over two miles and showcases magnificent scenery such as Fisher's Island and the whitewashed brick structure with granite tower known as the 1808 Historic Watch Hill Lighthouse. Many boaters anchor to enjoy Nappatree Point for quiet ocean-side walks and some of the best bird-watching in New England. During the summer, this beach is often packed with boaters, anglers, water skiers, and knee boarders.

	East Beach, Watch Hill RI - the other popular beach in Watch Hill, is both spacious and clean attracting most of the regular sunbathers and swimmers.
	Carousel Beach, Watch Hill RI - -a small family beach on the Atlantic supervised by a lifeguard. A small daily fee gives a family access to a locker, shower and the comfort of security. Beautiful sand, small waves and great sunset.
Misquamicut Beach, Misquamicut RI and Weekapaug Beach, Weekapaug, RI, are two beautiful beaches just northeast of East Beach. Atlantic Beach Park at Misquamicut includes a Ferris wheel, kiddy amusement park, carousel, miniature golf and more. Altogether, this ten mile stretch of beach highlights much of the reason why Rhode Island is called the Ocean State.
