The following Amenities are available for the Watch Hill Inn Residences included in the Rental Program

    Bathrooms -       Kohler fixtures, granite counter tops and full wall mirrors
    Flooring -           Bamboo floors in living spaces, and Italian tiled bathrooms
    Pull out Sofa -    Queen sofa bed in living rooms.
    Fireplace -         located in all Watch Hill Inn Annex Residences.
    Free Internet -    wireless access in all Residences and throughout the property.
    Television -        Cable flat screen televisions available in all Residences
    Telephone -        all local telephone calls are included in the Rental Rate.
    Laundry -           Laundry Room located on the 2nd floor of the Annex building
    Beach towels -   Available in each Residence.
 
Business Center Office Office Services - Our Office staff is available for typing, fax or copy services at a posted rate.
 
Check-In Welcome Complimentary Drink Coupon - is offered during the High Season only. (Two per Residence)
 
Dining Breakfast Complimentary Continental Breakfast Basket - is served on the Tented Patio during High Season (8:00 - 9:00am)
Complimentary Continental Breakfast Basket - is served to the Residence during Off-Season (8:30am - 9:30am)
(One Basket per Bedroom) Extra baskets are available at additional cost. Coffee & tea are available in the Residence.
 
  Dinner Served daily from 5pm - 9pm at our Seaside Cafe - late June thru Labor Day (see Restaurant for menus)

Fitness Massage In-room massages can be arranged by contacting the Reception Office in advance of you arrival.
 
  Treadmills Two treadmills are located on the 2nd floor of the Annex building.
 
Management Contact Our Management staff is on-site located on Bay Street Reception Office during normal business hours.
Parking Spaces Each Residence has assigned parking space. One space per bedroom. (Restrictions on vehicle size)

  Car Service The Reception Office has contact numbers for car service.
