Administrative These individuals will work directly under the supervision of the Principles and Corporate Officers.
Must be "self starters" as well as take direction and adhere to Company Policy.

Budget Analyst

Must be experience in Real Estate Sales, Rentals & Property Management including bookkeeping and coordination of Condominium Unit Owners.
Must have min. 10 years working experience and be multi-lingual.
Budget reviews and analysis essential. 		Year Round
(position currently filled)
Office Admin Part  time positions open to college students and individuals with office experience.
Must be 18 years or older with computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.		 Year Round Flex Hours

Maintenance
Handyman

 Must have general "handy man" experience for routine maintenance and supervision of work tasks including scheduling and supervising other employees, and coordinating Work Orders for outside contractors. Must have min. 10 years work experience and multi-lingual abilities. Year Round Flex Hours

Porter
Groundskeeper  

Must be familiar with landscape and general property maintenance.
Must be over 21 years of age to supervise other field members.		 Year Round Flex Hours
Hospitality The property is not a hotel however services are required for our Rental Program
Housekeepers Responsible for general cleaning and residence housekeeping.
18 years and older required with drivers license. 		Part Time - Year Round
Valet Porters Part time position during the High Season.
Must be 18 years or older with drivers license.
Good personality to accommodate guests with baggage.		 Part Time - May - September
Reception Desk  Part time positions open to college students and individuals with Reception Desk experience.
Must be 18 years or older and able to handle outside client reservation contacts.
Multi-lingual abilities are very helpful.		 Part Time - Year Round

Parking

The Parking lot is open to the general public during the Summer High Season

Parking Attendants

 Must have driver's license and be over 18 years old.
Must drive standard and automatic shift transmissions.
Must be knowledgeable of the various models, including size of vehicles.		 Part Time - May - September
