Qualification Rules for any Package or Discount Rates |

| 1 | Promotions and Discounts may not be combined and are subject to availability. | |
| 2 | Discounted Rates are applied to Regular Rate Schedules as posted on our website. | |
| 3 | Promotions and Discounts may be applied to any accommodation of the Watch Hill Inn & Annex. Must be pre-approved by Management | |
| 4 | Promotions and Discounts must occur in the same year as the Reservation Booking otherwise they end December 31st. | |
| 5 | Promotions and Discounts are not transferable to a third party. Qualifying guests must be present and stay in the Residence to be entitled to the Promotion or Discount. | |
| 6 | Promotional Packages are specific and have an end date. Be sure to read the complete offer. | |
| 7 | Guest
who qualify for Discounts are required to provide written proof such
as driver's license, honorable discharge papers, etc. Anyone making a false representation will automatically forfeit the Discount and will be charged the full Rental amount posted. |
