Check In is 3pm daily - Pick up your
Welcome Package at the Bay Street Reception Desk upon your Arrival. For Late Check In Arrivals after normal business hours, please make pre-arrangements with Reception Office. |

| 1 Bedroom Apts | Concierge Service | Our Front Office staff while on duty offer Concierge Service for general information regarding activities and attractions at nearby locations including travel, dining, excursions, transportation, and much more. Office 401-348-6300 | ||||
| 2-3 Bedroom Apts | Fitness | Two treadmills are located on the 2nd floor of the Bayside building. Of course a run on the beach is a wonderful alternative. Must be over 18 years of age. Children are not permitted in the Room. | ||||
| Activities | Food & Beverage | Welcome Basket - a complimentary Basket (one per bedroom) is placed in your Residence prior to arrival during the period of June - September. Basket contains (3) bottles of water (3) yogurts, and (3) fruits. | ||||

Breakfast Basket - a complimentary Basket (one per bedroom per day) is served to your Residence door during October - May. Basket contains (3) juices, (3) fruits, and (3) yogurts; served between 8:30 - 9:30am each day. | |||||

| Rental Policies | Parking | The property is a gated community and each Residence has an assigned parking space - one space per bedroom. There are size Restrictions on vehicles, so please make arrangements with the Reception Office for special needs. | ||||
